What work do we take on?
We manufacture standard, custom non-standard and complex precision components, in batches and to custom requirements. Our focus is precision metal component machining.
What machining equipment do we have?
We have nine high-precision machining centers and two CNC lathes for machining-center milling and CNC machine work.
How do we inspect components?
We inspect incoming raw materials, carry out in-process checks and perform final inspection before dispatch. We control dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerances and appearance.
What inspection instruments do we use?
Our instruments include a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), a contour measuring instrument, a vision measuring machine, digital height gauges, precision micrometers and digital calipers.
What tolerances, roughness and maximum sizes are available?
Tolerance up to IT7. CNC turning up to Ø500 × 850 mm. Machining center travel 1100 × 600 × 550 mm (X × Y × Z). Provide drawings and critical dimensions to confirm requirements for your component; please confirm surface roughness in your RFQ.
How do I confirm materials, MOQ and lead time?
Please confirm material grades, minimum order quantity and lead time with us in your RFQ. Include the required quantity and target date.
What should I send in an RFQ?
Please provide drawings, quantities, material requirements, critical dimensions and tolerances, appearance requirements, target date and contact details. Confirm any required inspection documents with us.
Can we arrange an NDA first?
Contact us by email or WhatsApp to confirm and sign confidentiality terms before sending drawings. The website demo form does not upload or store files.
Are certifications or inspection reports available?
Please confirm certification status, available inspection reports and related documents with us in your RFQ.
